By creating an account and using BalancYZ, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

BalancYZ provides a middleware platform for automating balance management via payment webhooks. We do not process payments directly but facilitate the logic between payment processors and your application.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the security of your account and API tokens.
• You must ensure that your payment gateway secrets are kept confidential and correctly configured.
• You are responsible for any balance adjustments made through your integration.

4. API Usage and Limits

Usage of the BalancYZ API is subject to the limits of your chosen plan. Attempting to bypass these limits or engaging in abusive behavior towards our infrastructure may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

5. Accuracy of Data

While we strive for 100% accuracy, BalancYZ is a tool that depends on external data sources (payment gateways). We are not liable for discrepancies caused by incorrect data transmitted from these gateways or misconfiguration of product mapping.
