Refund Policy

Our guidelines regarding subscription cancellations and balance refunds.

1. Subscription Refunds

At BalancYZ, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our "Pro" subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

After the 7-day period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Usage-Based Fees

Fees associated with API usage or transaction volume that has already been consumed are non-refundable. We provide a "Starter" free tier specifically to allow users to test the platform before committing to paid usage.

3. Balance Adjustments

BalancYZ is a middleware service. Any refunds requested by your end-customers for payments made through your integrated gateways (Stripe, LemonSqueezy, etc.) must be handled through those respective platforms. When you issue a refund in your gateway, BalancYZ will automatically detect the event and can be configured to debit the client balance accordingly.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 7-day guarantee, please contact our support team at support@balancyz.com with your account email and transaction receipt. We process all valid requests within 3-5 business days.
